Welcome Fellow ima members! Your 2011–2012 Board has been very busy planning activities for the upcoming year. Our focus for this year will be improving communication and outreach to our membership. As part of our summer planning, the Board conducted an online survey. Responses were received from over 50 members, and we received valuable feedback in regards to meeting location, format, and topics. The survey results allowed us to tailor our meeting schedule to better fit the needs of our members. The Board would like to thank those members who completed the survey. A variety of communication methods will be utilized this year, giving you timely notice of meetings and other events. We will continue to send monthly newsletters and meeting notices by email, and you can also connect with the Louisville Chapter through LinkedIn and IMA’s LinkUp tools. All of these communication avenues will be updated on a regular basis, and will provide information on meetings, community service activities, membership achievements, and many other items.
