Louisville IMA Financial Scholarship

$500 Scholarship for Accounting/Finance Students

The Louisville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants is offering a financial scholarship to the qualifying student.  The scholarship may be applied to the 2019-2020 school year beginning with summer 2019 and ending with spring 2020.  Applicants may be enrolled in graduate, undergraduate or certificate programs.

Applications are due: March 20th, 2019

Find a Career Mentor

The Student-Mentor Program offers students the opportunity to spend quality time with experienced professionals in accounting and finance to help them gain knowledge regarding their career choices and opportunities after college

Program objectives are: 
  • Create meaningful lasting professional relationships with local professionals to gain insight and support when making career decisions
  • Understand the difference: Management vs Financial vs Public Accounting
  • Network and gain industry understanding to increase student’s professional marketability
  • Leadership and Personal Development to help each student stand out and be recognized as top notch talent

Louisville IMA Annual Student Night

Network with Professionals in the Louisville Area

If you are finding that public accounting may not be for you or if you are still looking for your fit, please attend our student night to learn more about the many different opportunities that can be found in the accounting and finance fields

Students will have the opportunity to meet, ask questions, and network with professionals in a wide range of industries. Representatives from the IMA and other local area professionals will be attending.

The event is FREE and is open to accounting and finance students from ALL local universities.
The event is structured so that students can attend all or a portion of the event.
